But, I do recommend to get one of the water proof slip covers because the boppy will probably get spit up on and I know you probably dont want a wet boppy pillow.

Meet the new mother’s best friend: My Brest Friend pillows
I love the "My Breast Friend" nursing pillow. It made a world of difference for me and helped my back. I had a boppy but it would always move when I would breastfeed my baby and I would have to adjust my posture. This pillow really helped me continue breastfeeding longer. I HIGHLY recommend it. I plan to give these to breastfeeding friends when they have their babies because before I got this pillow, I was seriously thinking of giving up breastfeeding as I could never get comfortable and my back was getting really bad.
